Every advisory relationship tells you what to think about. Few give you something to do with your best thinking. The Legendary Venture Studio is the structured path from a member's original idea to a launched product, with the member as a founder-investor in what gets built.

Bring us a problem you've been trying to solve in your practice. A workflow you know is broken. An idea you've been sketching on napkins for years. We evaluate it with you against four gates — and if it survives, we package it, raise the capital, and launch.

“IP” — intellectual property — is what the Studio actually builds and protects: the algorithms, data structures, software, brand, and know-how that turn a member's insight into a defensible business.

Transparency

How we handle the relationships.

The Legendary Venture Studio operates at the intersection of three distinct relationships: between the originating doctors who bring ideas, between the Studio and the Legendary Docs Founders Group, and between the Studio and its service providers (including Platinum Media Works, listed in the footer).

We are formalizing the structure of each of these relationships now — written terms, related-party disclosures, and member-protective covenants. This page will be updated with the full framework before the first Studio offering opens to member investors.

In the meantime, members and prospective participants are invited to ask any question on a call. Honest answers, even partial ones, are worth more than polished placeholders.
