Small rooms, not auditoriums

We keep every session small enough that each person in the room can speak and be heard. Learning happens in the exchange — not in the slides.

Working sessions, not keynotes

Members leave with one purposeful refinement — a concrete change they will make when they return to their practice, with the peer accountability to actually make it.

Teams welcome, not optional

Friday events include practice teams because alignment happens in the room with the team, not in a follow-up memo. The doctor and the team leave aligned on the same thing.

Doctor-only candor

Saturday's doctor roundtable is a smaller, closed space. No staff, no advisors — just owners in the same moment in their arcs, talking honestly about what they are actually navigating.
