Platinum Media Works is a services firm with its own brand and its own clients, offering specific capabilities to LDAG members, Studio portfolio companies, or any practice that engages us directly.
We are named openly in the Legendary Docs footer, under Service Providers, rather than buried. Transparency about who does what — and the terms on which work is engaged — is what preserves trust between the community, the Studio, and the practices being served.

Not bundled with Studio participation
Investing in the Studio does not come with services. Engaging Platinum does not come with a Studio stake. They are separate decisions.
Not a Legendary Docs product
Legendary's value is the community and the Compass. Platinum's value is execution. The community is not a funnel into the services firm.
Not positioned as the only option
Practices are free to use any vendor. Platinum is listed in the Service Providers section because transparency is better than pretending a vendor doesn't exist.
Portfolio companies may engage Platinum Media Works for services at market rates, through their boards. These related-party arrangements are disclosed in full in the Studio's offering documents. Full disclosure is worth more than quiet convenience.
